Belmont UMC in Richmond is offering a five-week online class entitled, “Why We Can’t Wait: The Legacy of 1963 for 2023.”  The class will take place online on Thursday evenings from 7-8:30pm, starting September 7.  The Rev. Dr. Jim Melson will facilitate the class and will focus on significant events that took place in the Civil Rights movement in 1963.
